Innovative Door-to-Door Initiative and Customer Engagement for Chorus

Our case study for Chorus highlights our successful door-to-door project that spanned over five years and helped thousands of New Zealanders upgrade to fiber broadband. Our approach involved a team of dedicated sales representatives who visited homes and businesses throughout the country to promote the benefits of fiber broadband.

Our team of sales representatives was trained to provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with each client, which resulted in a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
